Here at Diamond Edge Creations, we take pride in providing the best customer service. In the event, we are at fault for receipt of the wrong item(s), the damage, or the loss of an order, we will accommodate our customers accordingly. Diamond Edge Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to negligence on carriers' behalf. Diamond Edge Creations does not offer store credit on any packages lost/stolen or misplaced by negligence on carriers' behalf.

There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns on custom orders. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can help you with a timely replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or customized items. In the event, Diamond Edge Creations is at fault for receipt of the wrong item(s) you may have the option to request a refund. You would be required to return the item(s). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item(s).ed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
